The Automatic Online Dry Powder Vial Inspection Machine is ideal for the inspection of injectable dry powder vials. There is integration of four tracks in the machine. The tracks are made of nylon six roller chain that is available along with a spinning assembly. It also has an AC Drive Rejections units which is made of 24volts DC wiring. The machine is highly useful when it comes to inspecting the existing vials for any breakage of any sort.
Visual cap sealing is done. Apart from this, maintenance of rollers is provided free of cost and they are pretty durable as well. In case, the vials get stuck at any point of time, the machine stops automatically. The machine has been in accordance with the requirements of the cGMP model.
